How it works From brief to stone in four steps

A brief in. A shortlist out. Within one working day.

You describe the stone the way your client described it to you. We translate it into trade terms, walk the bourse and come back with the stones worth your attention.

    You brief

    Shape, carat, colour, clarity, budget, natural or lab-grown, deadline. Four minutes online, or a voice note on WhatsApp.

    We work the bourse

    Our desk sits inside Bharat Diamond Bourse. We see stones in person and under the loupe, not on a screen.

  3. 03

    You get a shortlist

    Two or three stones with GIA or IGI reports, videos and a landed price in your currency.

  4. 04

    The stone ships

    Insured express with export paperwork and origin declaration. Or held for the piece we are making for you.

What we source Centre stones to calibrated goods

Centre stones

Round brilliant and fancy shapes from 0.30 ct to 5 ct and above. D to K colour, IF to SI clarity, cut graded excellent or very good unless you ask otherwise.

Matched pairs

For studs and three-stone rings. Matched within 2% on table and depth, measurements aligned, colour and fluorescence checked side by side.

Melee and calibrated

Sieve sizes and calibrated goods for production runs, sorted to your colour and clarity spec and supplied with the parcel.

Lab-grown

CVD and HPHT stones certified by IGI or GIA, described as lab-grown on the report, the invoice and the parcel. Supplied from a separate channel.

Your client's trust depends on the word on the invoice. We keep natural and lab-grown goods in separate channels and describe each one explicitly on every document that travels with it.

Natural

Mined diamonds sourced at the bourse with non-Russian origin declarations. For stones of 0.50 ct and above, the traceability evidence that EU and UK customs require travels with the parcel.

Lab-grown

Grown and polished in India, certified lab-grown by IGI or GIA, and priced on the current lab-grown market rather than any natural price list. Never described as anything else.

Landed quote
Stone, insurance, freight and our fee in one number, in GBP, EUR or CAD. Duties and VAT shown separately so your broker and accountant see what is what.
Approval
Nothing ships until you confirm. Holds on shortlisted stones are agreed per stone.
Reports and video
GIA or IGI report number with every stone, video on request, report verified against the stone's inscription before it travels.
Paperwork
Export invoice, origin declaration and traceability evidence handled by the desk. Your broker receives a clean file.
