What we collect

When you send a brief, book a call or write to us, we receive the details you give us: your business name, your name, your email address, a phone number if you add one, your country and city, and the content of your brief. Our website does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

What we do with it

We use these details to answer your brief, prepare quotations, produce and ship what you order, and keep the records that trade, tax and customs rules require. We do not sell or share your details with anyone outside the people and partners needed to fulfil your order, such as the courier and our production workshop, and they receive only what the task needs.

Your clients

Any end-client information you share with us, such as a size, an engraving or a delivery name, is used only to complete that order. We never market to your clients.

How long we keep it

Briefs that do not lead to an order are deleted within twelve months. Order records are kept for as long as Indian tax and export regulations require.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or ask us to stop contacting you. Write to the desk using the details on the contact page.
